This document lists all 10 Standard Areas and the associated standards - there are total of 38 standards across the 10 areas.  It can be used as a basis of discussion to begin to consider where your program is relative to meeting each standard.

This guide provides inclusive higher education program personnel with a comprehensive look at the program accreditation process. This guide includes the 10 standard areas and 38 standards including the guidance and required for review (evidence) necessary to pursue program accreditation. In addition, information about the self-study, site visit and processes related to program accreditation are included. Programs should reference this guide at any point during the pre-accreditation or accreditation process. 

This is an example of a memorandum of understanding between a postsecondary education program for students with intellectual disability and Title IX/Conduct offices to ensure there are clear expectations related to  processes and supports from these offices and the roles that the program and offices will play in supporting students with intellectual disability to navigate them.

This worksheet template provides postsecondary education program staff with examples of policy and practices related to communicating with families and to support students in understanding how and if information will be shared with their families.

College-based transition programs offer students with intellectual disability and autism the opportunity to navigate adult learning experiences with similar-aged peers, accessing college coursework and employment experiences, while continuing to receive support from or coordinated by their local school system.

Youth with intellectual disability and autism spectrum disorder increasingly access postsecondary education in many countries around the world. To ensure students are ready to access these options, preparation for postsecondary education must be part of their transition services.
