ACC's STEPS program is a two-year initiative designed for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who want to acquire skills for entering the workforce or furthering their education. STEPS offers support to help individuals achieve their personalized goals. We collaborate with agencies and schools to provide comprehensive assistance throughout the entire two-year duration, promoting greater independence and employability. While our primary program is located at the Northridge Campus, we also offer services at various campus locations throughout Austin and the surrounding areas.
