ACHIEVE offers community-based transition services for students who have completed four years of high school. Students enjoy a range of services which include vocational experiences such as job shadowing, paid employment, as well as job coaching and development. In addition, students build daily living skills  and develop self-advocacy through transportation training, social skills training, and participation in recreation and leisure activities. Community-based assessments and training serve to round out these  offerings. Services through the Bureau of Rehabilitation Services (BRS) are available to eligible ACHIEVE students.
