Join Show Me College for the “College is Possible” webinar to learn about college options for students with IDD in Missouri. College may help you prepare for a career, live independently, and to have a vibrant social life. Students from three colleges will share their stories, and a financial aid counselor will offer advice on ways to pay for college. Presenters will also tour the new Show Me College website, home to resources about inclusive-college education programs in Missouri.
The Show Me College project's goal is to spread awareness that college is for everyone, including individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It is a collaboration of agencies and organizations led by the University of Missouri St. Louis Succeed program, UMKC-IHD, the Arc of St. Louis, and Special School District of St. Louis County.
