Enhancing the Practivum Experience for Transition Specialist Scholars: Field Supervision, Support from State and National Mentors, and Interagency Transition Team Development

A personnel preparation program in Massachusetts is preparing eligible candidates for the Mass Transition Specialist endorsement. A key component of the training is the practicum and the intensive supports scholars receive through field supervision, mentoring and team development.
