Strategies used by employment service providers in the job development process: Are they consistent with what employers want?

This technical report describes various approaches to job development. The report (a) describes the results of a study on job development/placement professionals' strategies in the employment process; (b) compares the results to employer perceptions of the employment process from the recent literature and (c) identifies implications for job development/placement practice based on this comparison.
