In 2010, the Wyoming Institute for Disabilities (WIND, Wyoming’s University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD) began a study of postsecondary educational opportunities for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD). The overarching goal of WY Think College was to create a vision for postsecondary education that would guide statewide efforts to establish an inclusive post-secondary education program for students with intellectual disabilities.
