Florida PEPPI

The purpose of this FLPEPPI is to increase understanding of resources available for and facilitate the planning and implementation of Florida Postsecondary Comprehensive Transition Programs (FPCTP) for students with intellectual disabilities in all types of postsecondary education institutions: universities, state and community colleges, and career tech centers/ technical colleges. This is a team-focused event for postsecondary education program planning teams.

2023 Association of People Supporting Employment First (APSE) National Conference

The National APSE Conference is the only national conference focused solely on the advancement of Employment First. The Association of People Supporting Employment First (APSE) National Conference brings together more than 1,000 community leaders, businesses, and people with disabilities from across the country and around the world to network and discuss state-of-the-art strategies to ensure equitable employment for all citizens with disabilities.

33rd Annual Postsecondary Disability Training Institute (PTI)

The objective of the UConn Postsecondary Training Institute is to assist professionals to meet the unique needs of college students with disabilities. There will be sessions on a wide range of cutting-edge topics in variety of formats, including 3-day strands, single sessions, poster presentations and pre-institute sessions. All formats provide participants with in-depth information and adequate time for questions and follow-up activities. The State of the Art Conference (SOTA) provides provides opportunities for colleges, universities, researchers, program staff, parents and self-advocates to learn about the current state of research and practice in the field of inclusive postsecondary/higher education, and to network with each other. Conference speakers include faculty and staff from postsecondary education initiatives, parents, self-advocates, and other experts—sharing effective practices and leading group discussions.

Annual International Division on Career Development and Transition (DCDT) Conference

During the DCDT 2023 Conference, there will be 250 sessions on: Transition Assessment; Culturally Responsive Practices, Transition to Postsecondary Education, Transition to Employment, Transition to Independent Living, Family/Community Partnerships in Transition, Self-Determination & Student Involvement, Personnel Preparation/Professional Development, Mental Health Issues, and Practitioner to Practitioner sessions.

2023 National College Attainment Network (NCAN) Conference

The National College Attainment Network (NCAN) is hosting the 2023 NCAN Conference in Dallas this fall. This year's conference, Uniting for Equity: Shaping the Future of Postsecondary Attainment, brings together thousands of postsecondary access and success practitioners, leaders, and advocates for non-stop networking, learning, knowledge-sharing, and celebrating members from our field. There will also be pre and post-conference learning sessions, including a FAFSA training scheduled for the afternoon of Wednesday, October 18, co-hosted by TxCAN.
