The National Coordinating Center is thrilled to share the Annual Report of the Cohort 3 TPSID Model Demonstration Projects (Year 3, 2022-23). This report summarizes data from the Cohort 3 Transition and Postsecondary Programs for Students with Intellectual Disabilities (TPSID) model demonstration projects, including data on both programs and students. Program data reflect program characteristics and funding, academic access, supports for students, integration of the program within the institute of higher education, and strategic partnerships during the third year of 2020–2025 grant funding. Student data reflect student demographics, course enrollments, employment activities, engagement in student life, and post-exit outcomes. The report provides trends over program and student data from Years 1, 2, and 3 of TPSID Cohort 3.
