Comprehensive transition postsecondary (CTP) program is a designation sought by college programs for students with intellectual disability who wish to offer access to federal financial aid to its students. At Think College, we support college/university programs to earn this designation as it is a critical component of making postsecondary education more affordable for students and families.
Our online course is open access and free to use. It is designed to help college programs complete a high-quality application to be approved as a CTP program. The course walks through the step-by-step process from initial exploration to submission of the CTP program application and provides guidance, information, examples and templates to support you every step of the way. It has been used by dozens of PSE programs for students with ID who have been approved as CTP programs.
