"Think Higher. Think College" Campaign Video Premiere and Student Panel

Filmmaker Dan Habib will introduce and share a brand new video promoting access to higher education for students with intellectual disability. Then three students featured in the video will join Habib and Think College’s Clare Papay to elaborate on their college experiences, and take your questions. Student panel: Derrick Medina of College of Florida Keys, Nolan Smith of Kansas University, and Lauryn Woolfolk of University of North Texas. “This event is part of our “Think Higher. Think College.” public awareness campaign to expand access to college for students with intellectual disability. This weeklong celebration will take place between April 24-28, 2023 and will feature daily virtual learning events for students, families, educators, transition professionals, and higher education personnel. All events are free and open to the public.”
