This is the link to the electronic application that is used to submit an application to participate in federal student aid programs.  It is the on-line application process that will be used to submit a Comprehensive Transition and Postsecondary (CTP) program application.

The What, Why, and How of Becoming a Comprehensive Transition and Postsecondary Program (CTP)

Eligible students with intellectual disabilities are able to access federal financial aid when they attend inclusive postsecondary education programs that have been approved as Comprehensive Transition and Postsecondary (CTP) programs. In this webinar, we explain what CTP is and why programs should consider applying for this approval. We also give practical advice on the application process and how to write a successful application to become a CTP.
