[Proiect: Transition Leadership Program] Through the Transition Leadership Program (TLP), UMass Boston offers a transition leadership certificate that focuses on the transition from high school to adult life for young people with a wide range of disabilities. The TLP is now accepting applications for September 2023.

This certificate program bridges the gap between special education and adult services by creating a cohort of professionals who connect these two fields. Those who complete the program will be well positioned to excel in a new role: that of transition specialist.
