Regional Alliance events

The mission of SEPSEA (Southeast Postsecondary Education Alliance) is to promote access to quality inclusive postsecondary education (IPSE) for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities (including autism) in the southeast, through a shared focus on collaboration, program development, research, and public policy.
SEPSEA welcomes the submission of proposals for the 2026 conference. Proposals may only be submitted online through Cvent’s Abstract Management system, through the link below. 

New England Post Secondary Education Alliance (NEPSEA) IPSE Meeting for participating agencies and institutions. 

Join Mid-Atlantic Regional Alliance (MIDA) Capacity Building Institute for a day dedicated to sharing best practices and innovations, fostering collaborations, and building capacity among colleges and universities to support inclusive higher education. 

The Red River Higher Education Alliance (RRHEA) supports Inclusive Higher Education for students with intellectual disability. We are all aboutengaging with existing programs, programs in development, and supporters and partners of every kind to further the choice for students with intellectual disability to pursue their goal of higher education in a fully inclusive environment.

The Great Lakes Inclusive Postsecondary Education Alliance (GLIPSEA) is a new regional effort committed to increasing college access and outcomes for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities by meeting various stakeholder needs through best practices. GLIPSEA member states are Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin. 

We are the Northwest Inclusive Postsecondary Education Alliance -- a professional organization for educators, vocational rehabilitation providers, families, students, and self-advocates -- who are passionate about inclusive higher education for students with disabilities.

Last spring, SEPSEA chose Asheville as the location for the 2025 conference. In August, Hurricane Helene devastated many parts of North Carolina. As the community recovers, SEPSEA is supporting Asheville with our conference.
