SEPSEA Annual Conference 2026

The mission of SEPSEA (Southeast Postsecondary Education Alliance) is to promote access to quality inclusive postsecondary education (IPSE) for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities (including autism) in the southeast, through a shared focus on collaboration, program development, research, and public policy.
SEPSEA welcomes the submission of proposals for the 2026 conference. Proposals may only be submitted online through Cvent’s Abstract Management system, through the link below. 

Red River Higher Education Alliance (RRHEA) Conference

The Red River Higher Education Alliance (RRHEA) supports Inclusive Higher Education for students with intellectual disability. We are all aboutengaging with existing programs, programs in development, and supporters and partners of every kind to further the choice for students with intellectual disability to pursue their goal of higher education in a fully inclusive environment.

SEPSEA Annual Conference 2025

Last spring, SEPSEA chose Asheville as the location for the 2025 conference. In August, Hurricane Helene devastated many parts of North Carolina. As the community recovers, SEPSEA is supporting Asheville with our conference.

NWIPSEA Capacity Building Institute

The Capacity Building Institute of the Northwest Inclusive Postsecondary Education Alliance (NWIPSEA) will be held at the Washington State University in Pullman, WA. Participants will get to connect with professionals, students, and families in the northwest who are passionate about inclusive higher education, learning from leaders and experts in the field.

2024 GLIPSEA Capacity Building Institute at the Multiple Perspectives Conference

As part of the Multiple Perspectives conference, GLIPSEA will be hosting a strand aimed at exploring inclusive postsecondary education (IPSE) and collaborative efforts for comprehensive student support.

Additionally, Chelsea VanHorn Stinnett will be presenting a session called Facilitating Inclusive Course Access for Students with Intellectual Disability.
